For those riders with a ute looking for a bike solution, a tailgate pad is a great idea and the Yakima GateKeeper EVO tailgate pad is an awesome bit of kit to transport up to 6 bikes in the back of your ute. Make with a durable nylon exterior, it protects your bike from your ute’s tailgate and it has a soft felt backing to keep your ute’s paint protected. The revised GateKeeper has integrated SitTight bike cradles that add extra stability and frame protection for your rigs. It has a large opening for the handle cover can open up to expose the reversing camera if required.
