The Skyline collection has always demonstrated a balance of performance, fit and comfort. In 2018, TLD took their best selling jersey and added long sleeves to it. Then they took it one step further and refined the whole lineup with an industry first, environmentally sustainable Bluesign certified approved fabric. This lighter, better wicking material, has made the Skyline LS jersey even more comfortable which is a win for riders.
Who’s it for: DH, Enduro and Trail racers and enthusiasts alike. The Skyline Long Sleeve Jersey is an ‘every-ride’ kind of jersey- it fits well and feels nice.
Sleeve Length: Long, they run right down to your wrists.
Fit Type: TLD calls the fit a ‘loose fit that is casual in feel’. 2019 sees a new revised neckline that increases comfort. While the sleeve placement uses SE-PRO moto jersey design features that allow for increased freedom of movement and comfort.
Materials: TLD has improved their entire Skyline lineup by using fabric that is certified Bluesign approved. This jersey is constructed with 92% Polyester/8% Spandex and has very good moisture wicking/quick-drying properties.
Pockets Position and Quantity: Previous year models used to come with a small rear pocket but not anymore unfortunately.
Optics Wipe: Hidden optics wipe.
Neck: New revised neckline to improve comfort.
Pros: Casual look, good fit, great moisture-wicking abilities and an optics wipe! Winning!
Cons: TLD tends to be quite brazen with their logo size and placement. If you are after something subdued but don’t want black you will have to look elsewhere.
