Cleat interface: They have a duel sided cleat interface with adjustable cleat retention. Shimano states they work best with Shimano XC series shoes and come with a 1mm cleat spacer (to fit a larger range of shoes) and SM-SH51 cleats included.
Materials: Chrome-moly spindle and low-maintenance sealed bearing cartridge axle
Pros: Great value. They are adjustable, durable and offer efficient pedaling.
Cons: They are not the lightest clip in pedals around.
