The Camelbak Mule is one of their best selling and longest-running packs and is designed to carry everything you need while maintaining maximum stability on rough, technical terrain. The pack features a 3L Crux reservoir with a magnetic tube trap, Air Director back panel, and ventilated harness to keep you cool and comfortable, and a removable stability belt. There is an integrated tool roll, secure zip pockets, including a phone pocket, and helmet carrying capability. With all these features it’s pretty easy to see while this Mule is still kicking all these years later.

Strap Style: Ventilated lightweight harness with a removable 3/4″ stability belt.
Hydration bladder capacity / Bladder style / Valve style: Includes a 3L Crux reservoir. This delivers 20% more water per sip when compared to their standard reservoirs and it also has an internal baffling system to minimise the sloshing and prevents it from getting all huge and bloated when you fill it up.
Helmet carry: Yes, this has a hammock style helmet carry that can securely stow both open face and full face helmets.
Pockets: There are 5 pockets including a secure phone pocket and a stretch overflow pocket for stashing jackets etc. There is also an integrated tool roll to help you keep all your essentials organised and easy to access.

Pros: 3L reservoir is great for extended rides or hot summer conditions when you’re sweating buckets. Can carry enough gear to keep you going all day.
Cons: It’s probably a bit too much bag for shorter rides unless you’re really thirsty.
